Anthony was contracted to join a new team, setup to complete a Rail project funded by InnovateUK and the Department of Transport, the project had a fixed deadline that could not be moved. From the start, I was impressed with Anthony’s attitude, work ethic and technical skills, he constantly strived to understand the issues, learn new skills and contribute to the project. We worked as an Agile team and Anthony was a keen team player and contributor to all Agile ceremonies. He was always willing to get involved and help other team member’s work through issues. Due to the static deadline, we worked in Agile sprints, planning and developing on the MVP model, Anthony was very supportive of this practice even when later sprints needed to modify tasks delivered earlier. Anthony’s technical skills are brilliant and if he doesn’t know something he researches the best practice, his ability to learn and put into practice new skills is fantastic and he enjoys learning new skills and techniques. He has been a fantastic asset and a key member of the team, always supporting other team members. Anthony really has a “Can Do, Will Do” attitude and will get involved in any capacity he can.

Tony is a very smart, detail-oriented, and friendly person. He has a great knowledge of Go/Docker/Terraform/AWS, he is always up to date and keen to research new things and then come up with interesting solutions. I have worked with Tony for over a year and I am grateful for all the time he spent with us. He is a great team player.
