Anthony was contracted to join a new team, setup to complete a Rail project funded by InnovateUK and the Department of Transport, the project had a fixed deadline that could not be moved. From the start, I was impressed with Anthony’s attitude, work ethic and technical skills, he constantly strived to understand the issues, learn new skills and contribute to the project. We worked as an Agile team and Anthony was a keen team player and contributor to all Agile ceremonies. He was always willing to get involved and help other team member’s work through issues.
